By accessing or using Leap (the "Service"), including our website, cost-of-living calculator, relocation guides, and related products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is operated by Koilabs LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.

THE SERVICE DOES NOT PROVIDE LEGAL, IMMIGRATION, TAX, OR FINANCIAL ADVICE.

All information provided through Leap, including cost-of-living estimates, visa information, and relocation guides, is for informational and educational purposes only.

We make no guarantees regarding:

Visa approval or immigration outcomes
Accuracy of cost estimates (costs vary and change over time)
Completeness of country-specific information

You are responsible for: verifying all information independently and consulting qualified professionals (attorneys, immigration consultants, tax advisors) before making decisions.

Description of Service

Leap provides:

Free Tools — Cost-of-living calculator with estimates for various cities
Paid Products — Relocation guides, city playbooks, and custom reports
Content — Blog posts and educational resources about international relocation

Purchases and Payments

All payments are processed through Stripe. By making a purchase, you also agree to their terms of service.

Digital Products: Our products are digital downloads (PDFs, guides, reports). Upon purchase, you will receive access via email.

Refund Policy:

Custom City Reports: Refunds within 30 days if report has not been generated
Playbooks/Guides: 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked

Subscriptions (Leap Membership):

Leap Membership is an annual subscription that automatically renews each year
You will be charged the then-current annual rate upon renewal
You may cancel at any time through your billing portal
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
Membership refunds: 30-day money-back guarantee from initial purchase; no pro-rata refunds for cancellations after 30 days

Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including text, graphics, logos, calculators, and guides, is owned by Koilabs LLC and protected by copyright.

You may not:

Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
Resell or redistribute purchased products
Use our content for commercial purposes without a license

Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Koilabs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including damages resulting from:

Reliance on information provided through the Service
Visa denials or immigration issues
Relocation difficulties

Maximum liability: Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Wyoming.

Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
